These work together to support immune function, energy levels, cognitive focus, and bone health, while promoting good vision and overall eye health. Vegetology Kids MultiVit is suitable for ages 4+. For children under the age of 4 years, the dosage can be reduced to 1 tablet per day. The formula is actually safe for any age, however we strongly advise that you only give it to younger children if you are confident that they can safely chew and swallow the tablets.
