There may be customs restrictions which apply in your country and import taxes to be paid. As a resident of Spain is your responsibility to be comply with any such restrictions and to pay any import duties or taxes that may be applied to your order when it reaches your country. Please make sure that you are aware of any restrictions and laws prior to ordering as we always complete the necessary customs documentation on the parcels fully and cannot therefore be held responsible for goods being held in customs and not reaching you.
Orders to Spain usually arrive in around 5-7 days although this is only an approximate guide and your order may take longer than this to reach you on occasion.

The Spanish Post Office have informed us that due to the implementation of a customs related IT system they are currently experiencing delays on any items subject to customs review. They are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible and in the meantime are continuing to process items via a non automated process. Delays may be experienced during this time.
