This product contains Chromium in the form of 'Glucose Tolerance Factor' (GTF). This molecule also includes Niacin (Vitamin B3) and the Amino Acids: Glycine, Glutamic Acid and Cysteine. The Chromium is chelated with Polynicotinate (bonded to Niacin) for maximum bio-absorption. In this form it is readily absorbed by the body and functions more effectively. Chromium is involved in regulating carbohydrate, fat, protein and cholesterol metabolism.
